The Apogee Sensor Group's mission is to apply our advanced MEMS and nanotechnologies to develop value add sensing solutions for the measurement industry. Our Sensilica™ brand pressure sensors are produced using a unique “all-silicon” manufacturing approach that significantly reduces cost and size while improving reliability compared to traditional MEMS pressure sensor designs. We are currently offering nine Sensilica™ pressure sensors die supporting measurement applications up to 1000 PSIA. These devices are available as standalone die, diced wafers, or in various packaging configurations ranging from low cost plastic designs to fully isolated pressure transducers with calibrated outputs.
